Will an independent shop void my warranty?
No. Having your car serviced or repaired by an independent shop doesn't void its factory warranty. We keep a dated record with photos of every job, so you have the paperwork if you ever need it.
Do you work on my car?
Almost certainly. We service every battery-electric sedan, SUV and pickup sold in California, and the electric side of most plug-in hybrids.
The dealer says I need a new battery. Can you help?
Often, yes. Most packs fail one module at a time. Our $189 health report shows every module's condition, and if one has failed, we repair that module, usually for a fraction of a new pack.
How long will my car be with you?
Health reports and most maintenance are same-day. Most repairs take two days, and we text you photos and progress as we go.
Can you pick up my car?
Yes, anywhere within 15 miles for $49, free on repairs over $500. Or drop it off and we'll give you a ride within 10 miles.
